Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your account details (name, email, hashed password, timezone); the posts, captions and media you create; and, for each social account you connect, the account identifier, public profile name and picture, and the access tokens the network issues so we can publish on your behalf.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to publish the posts you schedule to the accounts you choose, show you their status, and support you. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or read your social accounts beyond what publishing needs.

Data from social networks

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube uploads are covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Service providers

We use hosting, database and file-storage providers to run Nextpost Social. For some networks, posts are delivered through a publishing partner (Zernio) acting on our instructions.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting an account deletes its tokens immediately. Deleting your Nextpost Social account deletes your posts, media references and tokens within 30 days. See data deletion for details.
